FBM KLCI Futures End Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 6 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher on Monday, tracking gains in the underlying cash market.

At the close, October 2025 and November 2025 contracts gained 1.0 point each to 1,632.50 and 1,632, respectively.

December 2025 rose 2.0 points to 1,630.50, and March 2026 added 1.5 points to 1,610.50.

Turnover decreased to 4,542 lots from 9,007 on Friday, while open interest narrowed to 45,759 contracts from 48,165 previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI gained 3.03 points, or 0.19 per cent, to 1,638.09, compared to Friday’s close of 1,635.06.
