LABUAN, Sept 30 (Bernama) -- Megah Port Management Sdn Bhd (MPM), the operator of Labuan port, has been recognised by the Labuan Freight Forwarders Association (LFFA) for its continued commitment to efficient and reliable cargo handling services.

The certificate of appreciation, presented for the second time by the association representing the island’s freight forwarding industry, reflects MPM’s role in supporting smooth logistics operations and strengthening Labuan’s position as a vital trading hub.

The certificate was presented at the recent LFFA and Federation of Malaysian Freight Forwarders  Welcoming Dinner.

MPM managing director Datuk Seri Patrick Tiong said the recognition serves as encouragement for the company to continuously raise its standards.

He added that MPM remains committed to innovation and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the port continues to contribute positively to the island’s economy and trade ecosystem.
