TXCD Unit Wins RM11.24 Mln Sub-contract From RCCT
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 25 (Bernama) -- TXCD Bhd said its indirect wholly owned unit, Ageson Kensetsu Sdn Bhd, has accepted a letter of award (LOA) from R & C Cergas Teguh Sdn Bhd (RCCT) to undertake sub-contract works worth RM11.24 million.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the company said the scope covers supplying materials, labour, tools and machinery for the installation and completion of structural and architectural works at a project in Lorong Raja Uda 2, Kuala Lumpur.
“Ageson Kensetsu is responsible for completing the sub-contract works under the LOA, including planning, organising, supervising, monitoring and controlling all aspects of the works, in line with RCCT’s requirements and acceptance,” TXCD said.
It added that the award is expected to contribute positively to future earnings, earnings per share and consolidated net assets.
“The LOA will not affect the company’s issued share capital or the shareholdings of substantial shareholders. The board, save for the interested director, believes the LOA is in the best interest of the company,” it said.
The sub-contract period runs from Oct 1, 2025, to Aug 24, 2026.
