KPS Consortium's Unit Buys RM30 Mln Land, Factory In Klang

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 19 (Bernama) -- KPS Consortium Bhd, through its subsidiary KPS Plywood Sdn Bhd, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Pelangi Technowood Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, KPS Consortium said the agreement is for the acquisition of a leasehold land measuring approximately 16,363 square feet, including a single factory located in Klang, Selangor.

The total purchase price for the property is RM30 million. 

"The acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders' direct or indirect shareholdings of KPSCB for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025," it said.
