FBM KLCI Futures Open Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 11 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened higher today.

As at 9.38 am, spot month August 2025 and September 2025 increased by 7.0 points each to 1,563.0 and 1,542.0, respectively. December 2025 went up 6.0 points to 1,541.0, and March 2026 gained 4.5 points to 1,525.0.

Turnover stood at 1,192 lots, with open interest at 39,101 contracts.

The benchmark FBM KLCI rose 1.62 points to 1,558.60 after 44 minutes of trading, compared with last Friday’s close of 1,556.98.
