Zetrix AI Among Active Stocks At Mid-afternoon, Despite End Of Permit Renewal Services

KUALA LUMPUR, July 29 (Bernama) -- Zetrix AI Bhd, formerly known as MY EG Services Bhd, has emerged as one of the most active stocks at mid-afternoon despite announcing the end of its foreign worker permit renewal services contract with the government.

At 3.32 pm, the counter gained two sen to 85.5 sen with 55.35 million shares traded.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the Malaysian Immigration Department has confirmed that foreign worker permit services are a module under the scope of the National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe) project.

It said the project aims to integrate the border control system under various agencies of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

“(We) wish to clarify that the company has an ongoing collaboration with Heitech Padu Bhd, which was awarded the project to implement NIISe, under a teaming agreement,” it said.
