Expensify Expands Global Reach With New International Features
KUALA LUMPUR, June 26 (Bernama) -- Expensify Inc, a financial management superapp, has announced a major expansion of its international capabilities, enhancing support for global users across expenses, travel, and corporate card management.
According to a statement, the expansion includes integration with over 10,000 banks worldwide for corporate card import, multilingual support, Euro-based billing, international reimbursements, and beta access to the Expensify Card in the United Kingdom (UK), European Union (EU) and soon, Canada.
Expensify founder and chief executive officer, David Barrett said the move marks a milestone in the company’s global strategy to provide a unified financial management experience for businesses worldwide.
“Now, companies everywhere can manage expenses, cards, and reimbursements entirely within Expensify,” he said.
Barrett added that the platform enhancements are the culmination of years of development aimed at delivering faster, more efficient global expense management.
The New Expensify platform also features language localisation in 10 additional languages, including French, German, Italian, and Japanese, complementing existing support for English and Spanish.
The platform now offers Euro-based billing, allowing members to pay for subscriptions in euros alongside other supported currencies such as US dollars (US$), British pounds (GBP), Australian dollars (AUD$), and New Zealand dollars (NZ$).
Additionally, the platform’s enhanced global reimbursement feature enables businesses to withdraw funds in these major currencies and deposit them into bank accounts in nearly any country—all within New Expensify.
Meanwhile, the Expensify Card is currently in beta testing across the UK and EU, with expansion to Canada expected soon.
