FBM KLCI Futures Close Marginally Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, June 20 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed marginally higher today.

At the close, June 2025 rose 0.5 points to 1,496.0 and July 2025 grew 3.0 points to 1,494.0, while September 2025 gained 1.0 points to 1,475 and December edged 2.0 points higher to 1,480.

Turnover increased to 7,082 lots from 6,156 lots on Thursday, while open interest rose to 44,764 contracts from 41,883 yesterday.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI was 0.08 per cent or 1.30 points higher to 1,502.74 from Thursday’s close of 1,501.44.
