Inmispace Brings Breathwork Leadership Workshop To Singapore

KUALA LUMPUR, June 20 (Bernama) -- Inmispace, a global wellness company specialising in subconscious healing, breathwork, and emotional regulation, has announced plans to deliver a corporate workshop in Singapore.

The upcoming session is designed to help professionals strengthen leadership performance, reduce burnout, and build long-term resilience through techniques involving breathwork and subconscious mind training.

“Breathwork is often the missing piece in leadership development,” said Inmispace founder Pei Chan in a statement.

She added that shallow breathing fuels reactive decision-making, and this workshop is about equipping professionals with the tools to lead from a place of calm, clarity, and inner strength.

Having already conducted similar programmes in London and Europe, Inmispace has equipped senior leaders and high-performing teams with practical tools for emotional stability and high-pressure decision-making.

Led by Chan, the workshop incorporates methods from Transformational Breath and Rapid Transformational Therapy to help participants shift from reactive to proactive leadership styles.

The training will explore several core themes, such as guiding leaders through transitions with greater confidence, using breathwork techniques to stay composed during high-pressure situations, and identifying and shifting stress-driven habits at the root level.

Inmispace has collaborated with clients in diverse sectors such as fintech, consulting, healthcare, and fashion, earning praises for its transformative impact.

The announcement comes ahead of the launch of My Breath Journal, Inmispace’s upcoming wellness tool, designed to guide professionals through daily breath practices in a practical, approachable format. It is expected to be released later this summer.
