AirAsia Ranked 24th Among Top Global Airlines, 7th Most Valuable Brand In Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR, May 30 (Bernama) -- AirAsia has been ranked the 24th most valuable airline brand worldwide and the seventh most valuable brand in Malaysia in the latest Brand Finance Malaysia 100 2025 report.

With a 66 per cent surge in brand value to US$1.93 billion (US$1=RM 4.24), the airline operator said in a statement that its “brand strength is supported by high customer advocacy and regional brand affinity, maintaining a AAA-rating and ranking among the top 10 strongest Malaysian brands.”

“According to Brand Finance, Malaysia’s top 100 brands collectively grew 16 per cent in 2025, with the airlines sector posting a remarkable 85 per cent increase in brand value across the board,” it added.
