MN Holdings Unit Bags Data Centre Contract Worth RM52.50 Mln

KUALA LUMPUR, May 27 (Bernama) -- MN Holdings Bhd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, MN Power Transmission Sdn Bhd, has secured a data centre contract valued at RM52.50 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the infrastructure utilities construction and engineering solutions provider stated that the project involves designing, supplying, installing, maintaining, testing, and commissioning a data centre.

The project is located in the southern region of Malaysia and is scheduled to commence on April 15, 2025, with targeted completion by Sept 30, 2025.

“The letter of award will not have any effect on the issued share capital or the shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of the company. However, it is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets per share of the company upon commencement of the project,” said MN Holdings.

It noted that it is unable to disclose the identity of the awarding party, as the company has not agreed to provide consent for disclosure.

This is in accordance with a non-disclosure agreement executed by both parties, which strictly prohibits the release of any customer-related information without prior written consent.
