FBM KLCI Futures Higher In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, May 21 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives trended higher in early trade on Wednesday. 

At 9.35 am, the spot month May 2025 and September 2025 advanced 3.5 points to 1,551.0 and 1,535.5, respectively, while June 2025 and September 2025 both increased 5.5 points to 1,552.0 and 1,545.5.

Turnover amounted to 683 lots, with open interest at 35,613 contracts.

The FBM KLCI rose 1.11 points to 1,549.98 after 35 minutes of trading, compared to Tuesday’s close of 1,548.87.
