FBM KLCI Futures End Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, April 22 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower today in line with the cash market’s performance.

The April 2025, May 2025, and June 2025 contracts fell 4.5 points each to 1,485.50, 1,483.50, and 1,479.50, respectively, while September 2025 eased 5.5 points to 1,464.0.

Turnover increased to 5,745 lots from 4,182 lots yesterday, and open interest rose to 45,220 contracts from 44,174 contracts previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI fell 13.22 points, or 0.88 per cent, to 1,486.25 from Monday’s close of 1,499.47.
