In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the contract involves the execution of main building works for 50 storeys of the proposed service apartment comprising a block of 516 units with a car park and facilities floor.

“The contract shall commence on June 23, 2025, and be completed within 38 months from the commencement date,” it said.
