Xsolla Partners With Pocket Gamer Connects To Empower Mobile Game Developers

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 28 (Bernama) -- Global video game commerce company Xsolla is deepening its commitment to mobile game developers through a strategic partnership with Pocket Gamer Connects (PGC) in 2025.

Known for its expertise in Web Shop development and management, Xsolla continues to lead the way in direct-to-consumer monetisation within the gaming industry. The company will showcase its latest mobile game monetisation innovations, user acquisition strategies, and cross-platform analytics at key PGC events worldwide.

In a statement, Xsolla Chief Marketing & Growth Officer, Berkley Egenes said the company’s Web Shop has revolutionised how mobile game developers monetise online, and its integration with AppsFlyer takes it to the next level.

“By bridging the data gap between Web Shops and mobile applications, we empower developers with the insights they need to optimise performance, increase revenue, and engage players more effectively. We look forward to engaging directly with the community and hearing from the Pocket Gamer community throughout the year at each event around the world,” he said.

As part of the partnership, Xsolla will sponsor PGC events in 2025, offering its expertise through thought leadership sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, aiming to help mobile developers maximise revenue beyond traditional app stores by providing data-driven insights and effective monetisation strategies.

Events include PGC San Francisco (March 17 to 18), PGC Dubai (May 7 to 8), PGC Barcelona (June 3 to 4), PG Summit Shanghai (July 30), Mobile Games Awards at Gamescom (August), and PGC Helsinki (Oct 7 to 8).

A key component of Xsolla’s presence at PGC will be its partnership with AppsFlyer, the global leader in mobile measurement and data analytics.

Together, they have developed a first-in-the-industry integration that solves cross-platform attribution challenges, giving mobile game developers the tools to track Web Shop purchases as in-app events; attribute revenue to mobile user acquisition; and optimise ad spending—all without requiring coding.

Xsolla’s Web Shop solution has already helped over 500 developers generate direct-to-consumer sales, transforming mobile game monetisation. By integrating AppsFlyer's measurement tools, developers can gain a complete view of user behaviour, making smarter business decisions to optimise return on investment (ROI).

Xsolla’s continued investment in mobile game commerce aligns with PGC’s mission to support developers worldwide. With its cutting-edge technology and insights, Xsolla is poised to help mobile developers overcome monetisation challenges and achieve sustainable growth.
