FBM KLCI Futures End Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 18 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower despite the positive cash market performance.  

The February 2025 and September 2025 contracts fell 3.5 points each to 1,555.5 respectively, while March 2025 and June 2025 were 3.0 points lower at 1,562.5 and 1,567.0 respectively.

Turnover expanded to 5,452 lots from 4,749 lots on Monday, while open interest increased to 40,322 contracts from 40,220 previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI increased 2.08 points to 1,584.84 from Monday’s close of 1,582.76.
