FBM KLCI Futures Lower In Early Trading

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 28 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were lower in early trading on Monday.

At 9.21 am, January 2025 contract fell 4.0 points to 1,548.5, February 2025 was down 2.5 points to 1,548.0, March 2025 lost 1.5 points to 1,533.5 and June 2025 decreased 1.0 points to 1,543.0.

Turnover reached 2,772 lots with open interest at 70,623 contracts.

The benchmark FBM KLCI slipped 7.91 points to 1,551.06 compared to yesterday’s close of 1,558.97 after 40 minutes of trading.
