Mitrajaya Secures RM375.50 Mln Contract For Data Centre Construction

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 17 (Bernama) -- Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd (MHB)’s wholly owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM375.50 million contract from NEXTDC Sdn Bhd for data centre main works construction, here.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, it said the contract is expected to be completed by March 2026 and contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of MHB Group for the financial years ending Dec 31 2025 and 2026.

“The contract will not affect the share capital and shareholding structure of MHB,” it said.
