FBM KLCI Futures Lower In Early Trading

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 17 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were lower in the early trading session today.

At 9.30 am, January 2025 slipped 10.5 points to 1,540.0, February 2025 lost 8.5 points to 1,544.0, March 2025 reduced 9.5 points to 1,526.0 and June 2025 eased 0.5 point to 1,541.5.

Turnover stood at 1,671 lots, with open interest at 36,852 contracts.

The benchmark FBM KLCI decreased by 8.34 points to 1,547.20 after 40 minutes of trading compared to Thursday’s close of 1,555.54.
