Binastra Unit Bags RM327.74 Mln Construction Contract From Exsim

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 3 (Bernama) -- Binastra Corporation Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd, has secured an RM327.74 million construction contract from Exsim Bukit Jalil City Sdn Bhd.

Binastra said in a stock exchange filing that the contract is for developing two blocks of 58-storey serviced apartments at Mukim Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.

“The contract shall commence on Dec 9, 2024, and to be completed within 42 months from the commencement date,” it said, adding that the contract is expected to provide an additional income stream for Binastra over the next five financial years.
