BSN Unit Announces RM4.1 Mln Income Distribution For ASBSN

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 2 (Bernama) -- Permodalan BSN Bhd (PBSN) has announced an interim and final income distribution of 1.60 sen per unit amounting to RM4.1 million for Amanah Saham Bank Simpanan Nasional (ASBSN) effective Nov 30, 2024.

The wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) said in a statement today that the distribution is equivalent to a 7.6 per cent payout yield.

“On a year-to-date basis, the fund has registered 10.6 per cent capital appreciation.

“ASBSN was established to achieve medium- to long-term capital appreciation through investments in the domestic equity market, while also seeking income opportunities through high-yield securities and interest-bearing instruments,” it added.
