FBM KLCI Futures Higher In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 19 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were higher in early trading.

At 9.45 am, the November 2024 contract rose 6.0 points to 1,608.0, the December 2024 edged up 5.5 points to 1,611.5, the March 2025 contract added 1.5 points to 1,598.0, and the June 2025 contract put on 4.5 points to 1,608.5.  

Turnover amounted to 1,341 lots, with open interest at 34,776 contracts.

Meanwhile, the benchmark FBM KLCI gained 3.68 points to 1,607.72 at 9.49 am, compared with yesterday’s close of 1,604.04.
