Bina Puri Holdings Bags RM113.29 Mln Contract For Water Supply Project In Sarawak

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 4 (Bernama) -- Bina Puri Holdings Bhd's (Bina Puri) wholly-owned subsidiary, Bina Puri Builder Sdn Bhd (BPB), has been awarded a RM113.29 million contract by Tokoh Ilham Sdn Bhd for a water supply project in Serian, Sarawak.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, Bina Puri said BPB will be the contractor to complete water pipelines and civil and structural works for the water project.

"The project known as 'Proposed Serian Regional Water Supply Phase II (Stage 1)' falls under the Sarawak Rural Water Supply Department," it said.

Bina Puri said the project is expected to take 29 months to complete, with a target completion date of April 9, 2027.

"Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the project is expected to contribute positively to the company's future earnings, earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing," it added.
