Kimlun Unit Bags RM128.52 Mln Expressway Upgrading Contract In Johor

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 1 (Bernama) -- Kimlun Corporation Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Kimlun Sdn Bhd has been awarded a RM128.52 million design and build contract by Senai-Desaru Expressway Bhd.

The construction and engineering company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the project involves upgrading a stretch of the Senai-Desaru Expressway from Jambatan Sungai Johor (Km 49.3) to Sungai Semenchu (Km 58.70).

Kimlun noted that the construction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.

The contract is anticipated to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the group throughout the contract period, it added.
