FBM KLCI Futures Open Mostly Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 11 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures were mostly lower in early trade today, tracking the underlying cash market. 

At 9.44 am, October 2024 contract decreased by 1.5 points to 1,644.5, November 2024 shed 0.5 of-a-point to 1,648.0, March 2025 slipped by 3.0 points to 1,638.0, while December 2024 was unchanged at 1,651.5.  

Turnover amounted to 1,733 lots, with open interest stood at 43,479 contracts.

The FBM KLCI eased 0.17 of-a-point to 1,640.77 after one hour and five minutes of trading.
