FBM KLCI Futures Higher In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 3 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures were higher in early trade today.

At 9.30 am, the October 2024 contract rose 4.5 points to 1,643.5, November 2024 improved 5.0 points to 1,647.5, December 2024 increased by 6.0 points to 1,651.0, and March 2025 gained 6.5 points to 1,639.5.

Turnover stood at 1,259 lots, while open interest amounted to 43,388 contracts.

The FBM KLCI, which opened higher, fell by 6.74 points to 1,632.57 after 30 minutes of trading.
