FBM KLCI Futures Lower In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 2 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures traded lower on Wednesday’s opening.

At 9.30 am, October 2024 slipped 9.5 points to 1,647.5, while the November 2024 and March 2025 contracts fell 9.0 points each to 1,651.5 and 1,642.0, respectively. December 2024 decreased by 10.5 points to 1,654.0.

Turnover reached 1,359 lots, with open interest at 41,986 contracts.

The FBM KLCI fell by 13.75 points to 1,642.64 after 30 minutes of trading.
