KLCI Futures Open Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, May 15 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts opened lower on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives today.

At 9.25 am, the May 2026 contract declined 11.5 points to 1,741.5, while the June 2026 contract shed 11.0 points to 1,741.0. The September 2026 contract eased 8.5 points to 1,724.0 and the December 2026 contract fell 10.0 points to 1,724.0.

Turnover stood at 1,822 lots, with open interest at 35,564 contracts.

At 9.42 am, the FBM KLCI slipped 6.62 points to 1,738.96 from Thursday’s close of 1,745.58.
