Iran Had No Role In Recent Operation Against UAE: IRGC

TEHRAN, May 6 (Bernama-IRNA) -- The Khatam Al-Anbiya Central Headquarters affiliated with the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) said that Iran’s Armed Forces have not carried out any missile or drone operations against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in recent days.

 “If any action had been taken, we would have announced it firmly and clearly,” its spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Ebrahim Zolfaghari said, according to Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).

He rejected a report from the UAE Defence Ministry on Monday, which alleged that Iran was responsible for a drone attack on the port of Fujairah in the recent days.
