KLCI Futures End Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, April 6 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower today.

At the close, April 2026 declined 13 points to 1,687.0 and May 2026 fell 12 points to 1,689.0, while June 2026 and September 2026 decreased 11.5 points each to 1,687.0 and 1,669.0, respectively.   

Turnover increased to 5,079 lots from 3,680 lots on Friday, while open interest rose to 37,116 contracts from 35,688 contracts previously. 

At 5 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) fell 14.67 points to 1,680.83 from Friday’s close of 1,695.50.
