PKR Weathers Various Challenges, Remains Steadfast After 27 Years - Fahmi

KUALA LUMPUR, April 4 (Bernama) -- Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) has remained steadfast for 27 years, overcoming numerous challenges in Malaysia’s political landscape since its founding on April 4, 1999, said Information chief Datuk Fahmi Fadzil.

“KEADILAN (PKR) was founded on the spirit of ‘reformasi’, with the aim of upholding justice, opposing injustice, defending the people’s voice and building a more just, democratic and integrity-driven Malaysia.

“The journey has not been easy. We have faced many trials, challenges and twists along the way. Thanks to the strength of our principles and steadfast struggle, KEADILAN continues to stand firm, move forward, and remain a beacon of hope for the people,” he said in a Facebook post in conjunction with the party’s 27th anniversary.

Fahmi, who is also Communications Minister, said the reform agenda must continue for the future of the nation.

“The spirit remains alive, and our struggle is far from over. Happy 27th anniversary to KEADILAN. May the banner of reform continue to fly high,” he said.
