MADINAH, March 26 (Bernama-SPA) -- Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque distributed 9,015,322 Iftar meals at the Prophet’s Mosque during Ramadan 1447 AH.
Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported the free meals were distributed through a well-organised system of service within the Prophet’s Mosque and its courtyards, according to the highest standards of quality and safety, reflecting the authorities’ attention devoted to pilgrims during Ramadan.
These efforts are carried out in cooperation with various relevant entities and volunteers to promote the values of solidarity and humanitarian service, and enable pilgrims to perform their religious duties in a safe and spiritual environment.
