Watsons Malaysia Celebrates Raya 2026 With A Glam-filled Musical Film!

KUALA LUMPUR, March 9 (Bernama) -- Watsons Malaysia has launched its Hari Raya Aidilfitri campaign “Pentas Raya Glam”, offering a month-long suite of festive promotions running through March 30.

Designed to capture the true spirit of Raya, the campaign features exciting in-store and online promotions, exclusive giveaways, and the much-anticipated Watsons Raya 2026 brand film, a vibrant expression of the brand’s fun, bold personality and its deep-rooted connection with Malaysian families.

Watson Malaysia in a statement said this year’s Raya brand film delivers a lively musical experience brought to life with colourful visuals, dynamic choreography and an upbeat festive soundtrack that captures the excitement of the season.

"The story centres around Kak Long and her family, who are well known for their long-standing tradition of dressing in matching outfits every Aidilfitri. However, on the first morning of Syawal, Kak Long is caught by surprise when each family member appears in their own unique colours and glamorous styles," according to the statement.

The Raya brand film, available on Watsons Malaysia's official Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram channels, features ambassador Ayda Jebat alongside Malaysian personalities Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim, Fahrin Ahmad, Wani Kayrie, Sharifah Rose, Akhmal Nazri, and Lyssa Jean.

Watsons Malaysia also continued its Baju Raya Project outreach, with 535 volunteers collecting over 17,000 new and pre-loved garments from the public and distributing them, along with personal care items, to 32 welfare homes nationwide for Aidilfitri.

As part of its community efforts, Watsons Malaysia visited Rumah Titian Kasih to provide personal care essentials, daily necessities, basic health screenings, and health education workshops, alongside a special buka puasa session to foster unity and compassion ahead of Syawal.

"Watsons Club members are encouraged to donate loyalty points through the Watsons mobile application to support Rumah Titian Kasih, the statement said. 

As Malaysians stocked up for Ramadan and prepared for Hari Raya, Watsons Malaysia made festive preparations more rewarding with a 60 per cent discount on the second item across a wide range of cosmetics, personal care, skincare, and health products.

"From now until April 14 2026, Watsons Malaysia is giving away over 1.2 million Watsons Club points daily, rewarding members who spend a minimum of RM50 in-store or online with a VISA card with exciting points, exclusive deals and festive surprises throughout the campaign period.

"To make every Raya journey even more special, members will also receive exclusive Gifts with Purchase (GWP) such as Raya packets, Tiffin Boxes, Foldable Travel Bags and more, perfect for gifting, travelling home or celebrating with loved ones," it said.

To further support local entrepreneurs, Watsons Malaysia is continuing its 'Sapot Lokal' campaign by spotlighting a curated selection of M-Beauty brands and customers who purchase Malaysian brands will receive a free, exclusively designed Bayu Somerset Raya Tote Bag while stocks last.

The festive season is further enhanced by exclusive collaborations, including the Naturals by Watsons x Bunga dan Bintang Raya Gift Set, a collection of 14 gift ranges for body and hair care, alongside the Machino x Watsons Limited Edition Hana Box viral bag collection created especially for the season.

Adding to the excitement, customers could also discover the Machino x Watsons Limited Edition Hana Box viral bag collection, created especially for the festive season and perfect for gifting or matching with Raya OOTD (Outfit of the Day).
