KLCI Futures End Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, March 3 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher on Tuesday, in line with the stronger performance of the cash market.

At the close, March 2026 and June 2026 both rose 7.5 points to 1,682.5 and 1,687.5, respectively, April 2026 increased 8.0 points to 1,684.5, and September 2026 advanced 7.0 points to 1,672.0.

Turnover eased to 10,432 lots from Monday’s 11,401 lots, while open interest slipped to 47,777 contracts from 49,417 contracts yesterday. 

At 5 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) advanced 11.74 points, or 0.69 per cent, to 1,711.95 from Monday’s close of 1,700.21.
