KLCI Futures End Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 24 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower on Tuesday, tracking the underlying cash market.

At the close, the February 2026 contract slid 4.5 points to 1,751.5, March 2026 shaved 5.5 points to 1,727.5, June 2026 shed six points to 1,731.5, and September 2026 receded 5.5 points to 1,719.0.

Turnover enhanced to 57,795 lots from 24,348 lots on Monday, while open interest rose to 98,281 contracts from 63,276 contracts previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI eased 3.97 points or 0.23 per cent to 1,754.01, compared with Monday’s close of 1,757.98.
