MADANI Gov't To Strengthen Da'wah, Welfare And Women Empowerment - Anwar

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 29 (Bernama) -- The MADANI Government is committed to strengthening the wisdom-based da’wah (preaching) agenda as part of efforts to reinforce human capital development and societal well-being, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Anwar said the matter was discussed when he received a courtesy call from Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs) Marhamah Rosli today, which also touched on several strategic matters that need to be implemented in a more structured, comprehensive and effective manner in line with the country’s current priorities.

“This discussion focused on the MADANI Government’s commitment to empowering a da’wah agenda rooted in wisdom, strengthening the welfare of the people, and enhancing the empowerment of women as key pillars of human capital development and societal well-being,” he said in a Facebook post.

The Prime Minister said the MADANI Government would ensure that every effort was carried out with seriousness, policy alignment and the courage to make improvements to guarantee the well-being of the people and to build a more just and humane future for the nation.
