JOHOR BAHRU, Jan 13 (Bernama) — The ready-to-drink water distribution and marketing company behind the Haos Ek? brand, ADIN Marketing Group Sdn Bhd, today officially launched OXYKA, an oxygenated and alkaline drinking water product with a pH level of 8.5, designed to meet the need for high-quality hydration in modern lifestyles.
The chief executive officer of ADIN Marketing Group Sdn Bhd and Haos Group, Anis Permin, stated that OXYKA was the result of a strategic collaboration between ADIN Marketing Group Sdn Bhd and Hijrah Water Sdn Bhd, combining the expertise and experience of both parties while strictly adhering to industrial processes and standards, thereby ensuring the product’s quality, safety, and reliability.
“The integration of three main technologies in OXYKA - alkalisation technology, oxygenation technology, and nanotechnology - makes this a high-quality product, with a fresher taste, lighter texture, and a more comprehensive hydration experience. This in turn provides more effective hydration and is well-suited to the fast-paced and challenging demands of modern life,” she told reporters after the OXYKA Launch Ceremony at Pulai Spring Resort here today.
Also present were the chief operating officer of ADIN Marketing Group Sdn Bhd, Mohamad Shahrin Jaafar, the managing director of Hijrah Water Sdn Bhd, Mohamad M. Said, and the chief executive officer of Hijrah Water Sdn Bhd, Farid Hamzi Mohamad.
Anis said that for this year, the company is targeting sales of RM5 million and hopes to market OXYKA in 3,000 outlets under the Haos Ek? distribution network, in line with efforts to expand the product’s reach nationwide, while also targeting expansion into overseas markets, including Singapore and Indonesia. She added that OXYKA was launched at an appropriate time, in line with changing lifestyles, as society places increasing emphasis on health.
In conjunction with the month of Ramadan, she said the company is also offering special promotions through e-commerce platforms to encourage the public to try the product. Anis revealed that the company plans to introduce a smaller 250-millilitre bottle size in the future. Currently, OXYKA is available at petrol stations, supermarkets, and selected retail stores, and is offered in 500-millilitre bottles.
“In the regular retail market, we sell the product by the bottle or in cartons of 24 bottles. However, during Ramadan on e-commerce platforms, we are offering cartons of six bottles. This promotion aims to allow consumers to experience the benefits of OXYKA, particularly in terms of better oxygen absorption by the body after a full day of fasting,” she added.

Anis noted that the launch of OXYKA today has expanded the Haos Ek? product lineup, bringing the total number of products under the brand to 17.
