KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 6 (Bernama) -- Domino’s Pizza Malaysia is opening its doors to new franchise opportunities nationwide as part of its ongoing expansion, inviting aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners to grow with one of the world’s most recognisable pizza brands.

Region chief executive officer (CEO) of Domino’s Pizza Malaysia, Singapore and Cambodia, Ringo Joannes, said Malaysia continues to be a key growth market for the brand, driven by strong partnerships, disciplined execution and a customer-centric approach.

“Our success in Malaysia is built on strong partnerships, disciplined execution and a relentless focus on the customer. As we expand, we are seeking franchise partners who are entrepreneurial, values-driven, and committed to growing with us for the long term,” he said in a statement.

Joannes said one of Domino’s proudest achievements is seeing its people grow into business owners, with many team members developing into confident entrepreneurs who now lead and own their own Domino’s stores.

He added that Domino’s equips its franchisees with a proven business model, comprehensive training, and continuous support in operations, technology, and marketing, allowing partners to focus on building strong teams and delivering quality, craveable food.

“Our franchisees benefit from a proven business model and ongoing guidance, enabling them to lead strong teams, deliver craveable food, and make a positive impact in their communities,” he said.

Meanwhile, Domino’s Malaysia’s first franchise partner and former CEO Shamsul Amree Abdul Rahman described franchising with Domino’s as more than a business opportunity—it’s a long-term legacy.

“I’ve spent my life growing with Domino’s, and I see this as more than just a business opportunity. It’s a legacy in the making. The strength of Domino’s business model, operations, and support system enables long-term success, allowing people to build something meaningful over time,” he said.

Domino’s franchise partner and former general manager for East Malaysia operations, Rimash Arumugam, said he chose Domino’s for its proven system, disciplined operations, and technology-driven model.

“The brand’s reliability and scalable growth potential gave me the confidence to invest in multiple stores, and I’m excited to continue building success in Sabah as a franchise owner,” he said.

Through its franchise programme, Domino’s provides end-to-end training, ongoing operational guidance, access to centralised support teams, and a strong marketing and digital ecosystem, including e-commerce and delivery platforms, to support franchise partners nationwide.

Domino’s Pizza Malaysia currently operates more than 270 stores across the country and continues to position itself as a digitally driven quick-service restaurant brand, with a strong focus on quality, innovation and customer experience.
