BEIJING, Jan 2 (Bernama-Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.5 jolted 4 kilometres (km) north-northwest of Rancho Viejo, Mexico at 1358 GMT on Friday, said the United States (US) Geological Survey, reported Xinhua.
The epicentre, with a depth of 35.0 km, was initially determined to be at a latitude of 16.90 degrees north and a longitude of 99.30 degrees west.
