PKNS Secures Three Asia-level Recognitions

SHAH ALAM, Dec 17 (Bernama) -- The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) received three Asia-level recognitions at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2025 in Bangkok on Dec 12, reinforcing its status as a leading property developer in Malaysia.

Among the key achievements was the Linkar 52 residential project, developed under the SA Sentral development, which was named the winner of the Best Connectivity Condo Development (Asia) category.

In a statement, PKNS said the recognition completed a double achievement for Linkar 52 this year, after the same project also won the Best Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) category at the PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia on Oct 8.

In addition, Galeria SA Sentral, the sales gallery for the SA Sentral development, received recognition for winning the Best Sales Gallery Architectural Design (Asia) category due to its contemporary, iconic design.

Meanwhile, Residensi Aludra, located in Cyber Valley and previously named Best Townhouse Development at the PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia, was also selected as a finalist for Best Townhouse Development (Asia).

“These recognitions place PKNS projects on par with high-quality developments from across Asia, thereby proving PKNS’s capability to compete and stand out on the international stage,” the statement said.
