PARIS, July 4 (Bernama) -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has arrived at Elysee Palace here to meet President Emmanuel Macron.
The two leaders are expected to discuss various issues, including trade, investment, renewable energy, semiconductors, defence, education, digital economy and artificial intelligence (AI).
Anwar, who is here for a two-day official visit, will also touch on the conflict in the Middle East, especially the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, during the meeting.
Earlier Friday, Anwar met his counterpart, Francois Bayrou.
Following his meeting with Macron, Anwar will head to Brazil to attend the BRICS Leaders Summit from July 5 to 7.
