Aria Systems Selected By Superloop For Billing Modernisation

KUALA LUMPUR, March 13 (Bernama) -- Aria Systems has announced that Australian telecommunications provider Superloop has selected Aria Billing Cloud to modernise its billing and rating operations across consumer, white-label, business, and wholesale services.

In a statement, Aria Systems President and Chief Executive Officer, Tom Dibble said Superloop’s choice reflects a strong industry trend where providers are viewing billing as a platform to enable growth.

He added that Superloop’s selection underscores a commitment to simplifying complexity and building a scalable foundation for expansion across multiple markets.

Meanwhile, Superloop Chief Commercial Officer, Nick Pachos said consolidating multiple legacy systems into a modern billing platform is a key step in supporting the company’s move towards a more automated and data-driven operating model, adding that the platform complements the artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled infrastructure already built by Superloop.

Founded in 2014, Superloop has expanded rapidly across mobile, broadband and on-net services, recording 31 per cent annual revenue growth in 2025.

The company’s rapid growth via organic growth and acquisitions led to the accumulation of multiple in-house billing systems built on different technologies, resulting in increased operational complexity and duplication.

To support its next phase of growth, Superloop sought a Software as a Service (SaaS) billing platform capable of consolidating multiple legacy systems into a single environment while supporting its full product portfolio across market segments.

Following an extensive evaluation, Superloop selected Aria for its comprehensive monetisation capabilities, powered by its latest Allegro usage processing engine to support Superloop’s evolving business models.

Aria’s SaaS delivery model will also provide essential AI and data tools designed to enhance Superloop's operational workflows and business intelligence. By standardising on Aria Billing Cloud, Superloop aims to enhance its billing capabilities and drive continued innovation across its partner and market channels.
