Pacific Prime Clinches Triple Win At HR Vendors Of The Year 2025

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 20 (Bernama) -- Pacific Prime, an international health insurance broker and employee benefits and risk specialist, has earned three major awards at the HR Vendors of the Year Awards Singapore 2025.

In a statement, the company said the awards showcased its industry-leading technological capability and scalable innovative solutions that cater to employee benefits and human resources (HR) management of businesses of all sizes.

The award ceremony took place on Nov 7 at Sofitel Singapore City Centre, with the attendance of leadership and representatives from Pacific Prime, including Pacific Prime CXA Chief Executive Officer, Heena Bose, and IT Director, Warren Yap.

“At the heart of every technological breakthrough is a simple idea: to make life better for the people we serve. Through simplification, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and a culture grounded in continuous learning, we continue to advance that mission for our clients and our people,” Bose said.

Pacific Prime CXA was awarded a total of three awards for its flexible benefits management platform, Pacific Prime Flex Portal, including Best Employee Engagement Software, Best HR Management Systems (Enterprise), and Best HR Management Systems (SMB).

These awards stand as a testament to Pacific Prime Flex Portal’s flexibility to meet the needs of both major enterprises and growing small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and its commitment to technology-driven benefits solutions.

To date, Pacific Prime Flex Portal has supported hundreds of businesses across Singapore in managing their benefits programmes. The platform processes over one million claims per year with no additional onboarding costs and a claim turnaround rate as short as one day, allowing organisations to oversee, utilise, and scale their benefit programmes with ease.

Established in 2000, Pacific Prime has over 1,000 employees and 15 offices worldwide, including in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Thailand, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Mexico, the Philippines, and Australia.
