Boomi Unveils 2025 APAC Customer Innovation Award Winners In Sydney

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 17 (Bernama) -- Boomi, the leader of artificial intelligence (AI)-driven automation solutions, has announced the winners of its 2025 Asia Pacific (APAC) Customer Innovation Awards, recognised during the Boomi World Tour event held in Sydney.

In a statement, Boomi said this year’s recipients were selected for delivering measurable business impacts, driving transformation initiatives, implementing innovative and automation-focused projects, and advancing integration and modernisation efforts using the Boomi Enterprise Platform.

Australian Motoring Services Pty Ltd was named APAC Customer of the Year (ANZ) for integrating more than 11 systems using Boomi Integration and Boomi application programming interface (API) Management.

Mizuho Bank Ltd received the APAC Customer of the Year (Asia) award for deploying an ISO 20022-compliant payments platform across Asia using Boomi Integration, Flow and Managed Cloud Services.

Greencross Pet Wellness Company (GPWC) won the Innovation Award for launching a digital pet profile that consolidates pet data across the Petbarn application. Powered by Boomi, the initiative supports personalised pet care recommendations, enhances engagement through the Puppy & Kitten Club, and opens new retail and veterinary revenue streams.

Meanwhile, Teachers Mutual Bank Limited was recognised with the Future AI-Readiness Award for modernising its Know Your Customer (KYC) process using Boomi Integration and Boomi API Management. Updates that previously took days are now completed in under one minute, improving data accuracy, reducing manual work and lowering operational costs.
