DNeX Rises On Contract Extension

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 4 (Bernama) -- Dagang NeXchange Bhd (DNeX) was among the most actively traded stocks Thursday after its unit Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd secured a government extension for the National Single Window (NSW) trade facilitation platform.

At 10 am, DNeX shares edged up half-a-sen to 25 sen, with 9.28 million shares changing hands.

In a statement, the company said the contract runs for one year from Sept 1, 2025, with an option for another year, subject to performance, current needs and mutual agreement.

Under the renewed deal, DNeX will continue to provide six core e-services under the NSW: eDeclare, eManifest, ePCO, ePermit, ePermitSTA and ePayment.
