FBM KLCI Futures End Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 21 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher on Tuesday.

At the close, January 2025 rose 10.0 points to 1,572.5, February advanced 10.5 points to 1,576.5, March 2025 climbed 11.5 points to 1,559.5 and June 2025 increased 11.0 points to 1,568.0.

Turnover expanded to 12,457 lots from 9,319 lots yesterday, while open interest advanced to 46,922 contracts from 43,194 previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI gained 8.12 points to 1,580.46 from yesterday’s close of 1,572.34.
