Cambodia and Germany are focusing on enhancing productivity, advancing skills development and strengthening employers’ and workers’ professional bodies. It will be part of their efforts to improve bilateral ties. 

 

2.TAPPING CLEAN WIND POWER -- FRESH NEWS 

The government has approved a RM782 million (US$200 million) investment to develop a 150-megawatt wind power plant in Sen Monorom City, Mondulkiri Province. It is the third wind power plant that was approved.

Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita affirmed that 2026 will serve as a year of acceleration for the national industrialization program, calling on all ranks within the ministry to move faster, work in a measurable manner, and focus on delivering concrete results.

 

2.INDONESIA'S DANANTARA TO BUY NEW LAND 600M FROM MECCA'S GRAND MOSQUE -- ANTARA

Indonesia’s sovereign wealth fund, Danantara, is targeting the expansion of the Hajj Village project in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, by purchasing another plot of land 600 meters from the Grand Mosque.
