Five Myanmar philanthropic organisations based in Malaysia donated five tonnes of clothes to flood victims in their homeland who suffered from Typhoon Yagi. Myanmar migrant workers and Malaysians organised the donation campaign and they are targeting to donate 20 tonnes of clothes.

2. MYANMAR AIMS TO ERADICATE RABIES BY 2030 -- THE GLOBAL NEW LIGHT OF MYANMAR

During the 18th World Rabies Day ceremony, Myanmar announced it will eradicate the disease outbreak by 2030 in line with the global “Zero Rabies Human Death by 2030” theme. Health awareness campaigns and dog vaccination programmes will be promoted to achieve the goal.
