KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 26 (Bernama) -- Exsim Hospitality Bhd (EHB) has bagged a RM21 million contract to carry out interior fit-out works for a 50-storey mixed commercial development here.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing, EHB said its wholly owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd (ECSB), had on Jan 26, 2026, accepted a letter of appointment from HAB Construction Sdn Bhd, following the issuance of the letter dated Jan 21, 2026.
Under the appointment, ECSB will undertake the supply, fabrication, delivery and installation of interior fit-out works for serviced apartment units spanning Levels 7 to 46 of the development, which is located at Lot 20093 (formerly Lots 1248 and 1254), Section 67, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
The contract has a construction period of 40 months. Works commenced on Sept 3, 2024, and are scheduled for completion by Jan 2, 2028.
ECSB is principally involved in providing specialised fit-out services for hospitality property assets, while HAB Construction’s core business activities include civil engineering and building construction.
“The appointment is expected to contribute positively to the group’s net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing over the duration of the project,” said EHB.
The company does not foresee any exceptional risks beyond normal operational risks associated with the project and will take the necessary measures to mitigate such risks as they arise.
