Unifi Business Continues To Support Local MSMEs, Celebrates World MSME Day In East Coast

KUANTAN, July 17 (Bernama) -- Unifi Business continues its annual #SapotLokal and #BelanjaDiSME campaign in conjunction with World Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Day 2025 by making Bazar Serambi Teruntum, here, the second destination in this year's East Coast tour series.

Unifi Business vice-president Dr Mohamad Yusman Ammeran said the campaign, which is now in its fourth edition, aims to empower MSME entrepreneurs and encourage Malaysians to support products and services offered by digital service providers.

"Many micro and small entrepreneurs have now successfully stepped into the digital era. From small stalls to e-commerce platforms, from cash to digital wallets and from manual promotions to digital marketing. This is the new face of Malaysian MSMEs," he said in a statement today.

He said this year, the tour series began at Bazar Siti Khadijah, Kota Bharu, on June 23, followed by Bazar Serambi Teruntum on July 12 and continued to the final location at Pasar Kedai Payang 1, Kuala Terengganu on July 16.

As a preferred digital partner, Mohamad Yusman said, Unifi Business offers comprehensive solutions to MSME entrepreneurs, including broadband, mobile services and various digital solutions.

He said two lucky entrepreneurs will be selected to win the main prize, in addition to other attractive prizes such as the Go Bookit bundle solution and exclusive classes with renowned entrepreneur Pinn Yang.

“Entrepreneurs only need to promote their businesses on social media by using #BelanjaDiSME, #SapotLokal and #UnifiBusinessTakeMeToOxford from June 23 to July 31, 2025, on social media platforms such as TikTok and Facebook,” he said.

He said Unifi Business would also launch the Biz Impact Programme this month, which would help entrepreneurs assess the level of digitalisation of their businesses.
